AI farms using ridiculous amounts of water and electricity to create literal slop, while residents are forced to pay higher bills just because of that. Not to mention sound pollution.
You see, normal people are forced to drink from paper straws and cups while those AI centers generate literal trash. It’s funny how anyone can support AI in it’s current implementation.
There are like dozens of documentaries on YT about AI centers and their impact on the community, so I find it weird that plenty of people are still oblivious about that. I guess it’s better to doomscroll on Tiktok for hours.
Why? AI is just software. Do you refuse to buy anything from anyone who uses computer graphics programs to produce the art and text on their packaging or products?
this is a false equivalence and you know it. AI generation has almost zero human input in the process. You prompt and then the LLM generates some slop for you.

Why are you content with things you enjoy slowly getting infested with slop? What’s wrong with wanting good quality products? Why are you ok with slop in your games? Do you WANT the quality of everything you use to get worse?
I’m friends with many, many digital artists, and no the ones worth their salt are not using generative AI tools to “save time”. Artists ADORE stick figure renditions of what you want, they don’t want slop.

The artists who don’t use GenAI tools CONSISTENTLY have much higher quality in their output than the ones using the plaigarism machine to “save time”. You clearly think that the only thing that matters is output quantity, because you’ve fallen for the propaganda and the hype. Of course I wouldn’t expect someone who spends all of their time sealclubbing bottom tier to have good opinions.

Yeah that isn’t true. Art in AI generated images is like any other medium, the skill is in how you use it. Those who get it will be fine, those that don’t will need to find something else to do.

what are you talking about this is insanely embarrassing for Gaijin. Like they have not only been caught using GenAI for this, they have been caught using it when they already had a largely finished design and then adding AI watermarks to finished parts of the design to cover it up
