Yall really gotta fix this game man

I mean CMON now, i get the Hit anaylsis isn’t PERFECT, but i don’t think a ANGLED Jagdtiger should be getting its UFP blown clean through by some Junky Russian TD.

Okay no, really. Something is wrong with AP rounds, Or its just me being cucked by Gaijin.

Legit just got killed by a XM800T, in my Badger, at over a km.

The badger has SPACED High hardness armor, which would be stopping the 800Ts tiny light weight APDS rounds outright. Yet it punched right through, despite what the penetration viewer says.

Thanks gaijin, i love how with every update this game becomes increasingly inconsistent and garbage to play!

If you think something is wrong then you can bug report it here (just search a bit first so that you don’t report something that is already reported and known about): (Gaijin.net // Issues)

A guide on how to report bugs can be found here: ([Navigation] Technical Knowledge Base | War Thunder Wiki)

I would write bug reports, But the ammount of garbage personal information you want for them is on scam levels.

I am not doing a entire scan of my PC with some Malware because i need to report something that you should easily be able to detect.

Also that penetration map is total bull, its a tiny 7.62 sized dart that weighs nothing, its going to deviate like mad the moment it hits the first layer of high hardness armor, dumping most of its energy into penetrating it, and be too off kilter, and drained of energy to get through the second layer of armor so…

light weight APDS is absolutely garbage at penetrating multiple layers of armor, its the main reason all of these modern big IFVs and such are DOING these outer layers of High hardness armor, because its a excellent way to get protection from rounds these vehicles are expected to encounter.

@Necronomica if you have a guide how to bug report, do you have any information regarding closed issues without the ability to contest if it was a mistake by the Bug Report Manager? By mistake I mean in a lot of quotes when in some cases the use of “not enough info” seems dubious and the same people, now anonymized, use this freely without, most of the cases, asking for more information.

But its not like YOU care, Nor does Gaijin, because most Modern NATO IFVs and such are rated to be proof to Russian 30mm APDS from the front, and from the sides with Composite packages like the Warriors… yet the BMP can murder them all, and barely take damage in return.

I mean look at the warrior man, Composite armor is meant to be STRONGER, if not atleast as strong as steel, so why does 70mm of Composite, equal like 10mm of extra protection from AP shells?

There is no scan involved.

Because that is simply not true of all composite armour - it is true of chobham and similar, but the stuff on the side of the Warrior is not chobham or similar - it is only plastics and anti-HEAT ERA and similar.

In those cases you can send a message to one of the Technical Moderators to ask about any specific report. You can find all the teams and the areas they handle listed here: (Who is who and Reporting Procedure). If you don’t get an answer within a few days you can add more moderators from the list to the original message instead of sending a new message (that way you preserve the date of the message and it doesn’t look like a new request), adding one of the moderators to the message every 2-3 days or so until you get an answer.

Please do not to add the seniors until you have tried all other regular moderators, the Seniors likely won’t answer unless they are added and pinged by the regular moderators but if you’ve added all the regular moderators with no answer then you can add the seniors.

mass has little to do with the penetration, speed much more so. Kinetic energy is calculated by half the mass time the square of the velocity. (Edit: also, i’m fairly certain it’s 12.7mm and not 7.62mm after shedding the sabot)

They don’t ask for any personal information.

What does that have to do with anything?

That’s not a blanket truth, it depends on how the composite is designed and for what purpose.

Use the server hit, not clientside.

I’ll assume that every “Bug Report Manager #1” is someone else for each report, and so is the decision, does the technical moderator take actions based in a mutual decision or simply because the report didn’t fitted the criteria, if this is the case how I am supposed to take action about a decision made personally if I can’t directly contact the Bug Report Manager since this individual is anonymized and by the moment the report is closed I, as a reporter can’t use it as a way to communicate and explain further any questions. My main concern here is not how I do it because I did in the past, the message you sent about how I can procceed in this case but rather a complain about the flaws of the current system, do you know if I can suggest change? If so, how it would work, and if accepted (assuming I should use the conventional suggestion system) how it would be implemented? Like changing and adding features for the Bug Report Manager or something else?

The rest i don’t have an answer to sadly.
