So everyone should report him via server replay

Hm, would not agree with that tbh.

AD-4, Tu2s, P47 (with bombs and rockets), F8F, F7F, F4U-7 … (and the longer i think about it the more planes i find)… they all can fight pretty well against fighters on low alt and are quite manouvable while still bringing a ton of death to the tankers.

Statisticly (sadly u cant different between ground and air rb), the
Do 335 B2 has a Tank KD of 4.3 and Air KD of 1.35, and the
yak 9k has a Tank KD of 3.42 and Air KD of 0.59, and the USA
AD-4 has a Tank KD of 4.6 and Air KD of 0.77

so statistically speaking… the yak 9k is worse.

so thats that…

i get the point, the yak9K can be killing whole teams… but one not braindead enemy fighter/AA will kill it as it will kill an ad-4 or Do335.

And stuff like AD-4 can also shot hvap that shreds AA into pieces from disctances the AA cant fight. Same for Tu-2s, F4U-7 and so on…

leave the yak9k at 4.0 for air and 4.3 for ground and increase the weapon spread for the 45mm like they did for the german 50mm (they changed it back a few month ago for the 50mm to normal, was barely usable with the nerv)

The Ta 152 where build to fligh hight, they all lack seriusly in performance near the ground, therefore its by design a bad CAS.

Dont compare it to real CAS please.

It’s amazing.

He went for you multiple times. It wasn’t an accident. It was as intentional as can be and even though I was skeptical (maybe you strafe him or bombed him your hellcat, maybe you taunted him in chat). Nope.

Respawn, go straight for the M-44. Miss bomb. Try again with guns. M44 dies. Go for the respawned tank and suicide CAS then leave lobby.

LOL dude, 6.3 BR is 6.3 BR. Also C3 is pretty fast at low alt. But its a bad CAS plane compared to UT. Nowadays most planes are bad xompared to UT.
You can’t have it all, I mean, 9K and UT do - they are pretty competitive fighters while having the armanent capable of 1-clicking tanks out of existence.
So UT 6.3 or 6.7, 9K to 5.7 and all will be fine, 9k at least will be facing some better SPAAs, though, honestly, with no Coelian, German SPAAs around 6.0 are rather sad, Kugel is 7.0 and Zerstorer has 0 crew protection for whatever reason.

6.3 would probably still be too low thinking about it. I thought it was 5.7 like in Air RB.

I hope multiple people will report him via server replay and we will see his nickname in next ban list

How is this related to Yak-9 with 45mm?

It is related to the said discussion in this topic as we can see two people who were having a discussion here where one of them needed to do break the rules of the game.

When it comes to Yak-9 it should be at least at 5.0 with K version and 6.7 with UT version (GRB). No other plane at their respective B.R. or even the one that I recommend has the same capabilities.

It is 6.0 and i find it enough. You may have your own opinion, i have mine.

I just don’t find it to be a plane deserving to be on equal BR with stuff like Spit mk.24 P-51H or Ki-84 and in a bit worse matchmaking fight against things like Me 262C, M163, or shooting star.

It is already owned by any half decent AA/fighter player.

Sorry but when it comes to GRB this vehicle should be compared to other air units more when it comes about anti-ground capabilities and I don’t know any plane at such a low B.R. that is able to do that while maintaining good anti-air capabilities

I have 7.8 K/D in it done only in GRB (UT version)

And still, who are these people? How is this related to Yak-9K placement? Is the bushed-up guy the bad one? Did he fly Yak-9K?

YaK-9 should be moved up to 5.3 thread title tommorow? How low can can we go? Will we get back to 4.0 with enough posts?

I have already explained to You everything related to that manner and all other things are visible in the topic.

Can we go back to the Yak-9 discussion or do You want to bloat the topic more?

I call that bullshit but everyone will have a different opinion.
Yak9s definitly dosnt have it all. They are heavy and therefore not the most manouvable, they have little ammo and not hard hitting ones, against planes, aswell. (only the 23mm but both dont have that when using the 45mm)

Any Bf109, Typon, Spit, Jap and so on… will have a freekill on a Yak9 unless theyre stooopid.
Also dont forget the BR is based on statistics and most players are also to stooopid to get a kill with a Yak9K especially an Plane…

I know it sucks that they balance stuff like that, but it is what it is. BI should also not be 6.3… but it is… and why? because the few that got it back then sucked ass. Same with the Tu2s, why the f is that 5.3? Cause the people suck ass. For me that thing is stoooopidly broken OP and could easily be 6.3 in GRB.

And if u want to get a balanced game… u need to bann all HVARs to 6.7 minimum aswell… but no one seem to care about that to hard… cause 99.5% of the people havent understood yet that u can kill basically all AAs from 3-4 km, staying out of their range and being unattackable for them. Just get used to it and shoot 3-4 rockets in their way and they will die. Most planes have 8+ HVARs… so happy hunting

I tried to tell them about overpressure and how it works but logic doesn’t work around here

Game is made by and for stooopids :D… sadly…

Well, being 1.7 BR higher than the same plane with just worse engine and 12,7mm instead of 20 seems like an overkill to me.

I’ve been using Yak-9UT in my 5.7 at first and then 6.0 ground lineup for a long time, years before it got APHE and i’ve never found it particularly game breaking.

At 5.7 with APHE it was definitely at it’s strongest, but those tankier heavies above 6.0 like Tiger 2 or T34/29 really put the 45s to the test. I think it’s fine in the current spot.

It is game-breaking when You focus on using it and only it.

BT-5 + cap + a little hits/assist and You are able to spawn a plane that is capable of destroying all enemy ground units
