Nothing beats Soviet plywood covered aircraft not fusing M-geschoss for several years straight (unless you hit a module, I could only confirm it once the protection analysis allowed to choose a shell/bullet as for years you could only test the shell with highest penetration out of a belt, which M-geschoss was not, and even then it took them years to fix), then after maybe a year from the fix they broke it so now basically no HE shell fuses on plywood and it’s been like that for several months already, made me stop playing Air RB.
The fix to this bug is literally to change plywood skin thickness so it acts like f.e. 0.3mm of steel. But no such luck!

Most CAS isn’t even U.S. except for 5.7 where the bad tanks good CAS is at its peak.
Clearly you have never played WarThunder. USA teams no matter the br, spam CAS.

5.7, is the only BR where there’s a disproportionate amount of U.S. CAS. At every other BR, there’s either equal or more CAS being used by Russia/Germany, or disproportionately more CAS being used by minor nations (namely Britain, Sweden, and Japan).
The only other BR where U.S. spawns more planes than other nations is 8.3. Not only is it 1-3 planes per game max, the U.S. has the worst early choppers, so Alouette spawns kinda cancel out the extra U.S. plane spawns.
You’re just for some extremely biased against both the U.S. and against CAS, and just want to cope and whine about both of em.

Pick any br, for USA, and I guarantee at some point in the match you will have as many as 5 friendly planes on your team.

LMAO, that is absolutely hilarious coming from a CAS hater.
Que dozens of 8.3 and 9.0 matches in SPAA back-to-back without a single enemy plane spawn, which pretty much everyone else can attest to.
Save your words and don’t try to argue with pangolin. It will not do good things to your sanity.
That person could have a boatload of facts fropped straight on them and still deny them. Better not waste your energy on them.

In GRB these planes are a menace. Other cannon birds just have solid pen ammo. But this Aphe thing is just too good at killing tanks. Yak9 also has a flight model which allows clean 90 deg shots from above into the turret. Other cannon planes can’t do that without crashing into the ground.

The time honoured tradition of CAS mains. Just telling ground players to stick to the walls of buildings like spiderman so that their ebemies in the sky cannot see them even though tanks are way to easy to spot from above since they stick out even if next to buildings.

If there were no more hit and scout markers and the maps were of an actually reasonable size then maybe they’d get an argument.
Flying CAS for D-Day re-enactment was hard because you were searching some massive area (combination of the normandy town and the normandy fields map plus extra), only had cockpit view and no markers to notify you of where objectives were or scouting markers or hit markers.
It was still possible tho using teamwork (people shot smoke shell at enemy tanks, you looked for smoke and dive bombed that point) and of course muzzle flash.
A tank in the middle of the field wasn’t something you could notice either with ease until they fired too.
Imagine, given CAS mains proclaim such infinite skill - they’d welcome flying in the above conditions perhaps, wouldn’t they? We can surrender cockpit view I suppose because it takes a few weeks’ learning to adapt camera controls.

Number 3 certainly. It wasn’t much before APHE addition when they stealth buffed NS-45 recoil and accuracy from hell to heaven. In files the gun is split in two for single engine fighters and the rest, but now both have same stats.
