Buff or fix according to the sources? Because those are two different things.
You can scour the old forum (bug reports used to be there), or the bug report website, you will find no bug reports on the NS-45 being too inaccurate. These were stealth buffs for a reason.
In fact any literature on this topic states that these Yaks with large guns shouldn’t fire bursts of rounds for multiple reasons, one of them being that only the first shot was accurate, and the rest weren’t. The exact opposite happens in game.
Another reason why it’s very easy to see that this was an artificial unsourced buff is that the stats used for the increase in deviation are copy-pasted from the NS-37, rather than being their own. This makes the NS-45 even more accurate than the NS-37 since its default maximum deviation is 0.1 degrees, when the NS-37’s is 0.12 degrees.
For context, this is how the increase in deviation is modeled in the NS-45. Each pair is a number of seconds followed by the multiplier to the maximum deviation:

Keep in mind that since then the default max deviation also went down from 0.12 to 0.1. At 0 seconds the multiplier is ommited, but it is 1, meaning that with the current NS-45 the accuracy only starts to decrease after 3 seconds of holding the fire button, while with the old model it would increase immediately.

I also like how out of the blue they made the BK 3.7 overheat in 10-14 shots when it has the same heavy flak barrel as the 3.7cm FlaK guns on ground vehicles. It’s reported but who knows how long it will take to revert that change, which didn’t even have any basis to begin with.
It was simply a stealth nerf.
And I think the rounds go all over the place when you hold down the trigger.
Not to mention that Gaijin didn’t give the BK 3.7 APHE rounds, despite the fact they are already useable on ground vehicles.
And it’s not like people haven’t requested 37mm APHE rounds for ages.

I currently have 43 “issues” created on the bug report website.
Out of those 43, only 18 have had any action from a technical moderator or developers, and some have been rejected, mostly with absolutely preposterous reasons (looking at you, M41A1 turret traverse).
I know this pain all too well. 🙂

Show sources, that have real values and not dreams, of a russian ww2 plane and an gun that was build just a few times that also ripped itself out of the plane when u shoot for to long… good luck with that, lol
Yes, lets give all Planes access to the most powerfull ammo/weapons they could shot… lets go! Ruin GRB completely!

I‘m just pointing out the double standards of Gaijin.
If it was for me, APHE also wouldn’t be so ridiculously effective over AP and APCR.

Most planes can’t really use APDS or APFSDS though, the sabot will fly down the jet intake or do damage to the wings/fuselage.
Higher BR means facing more skilled players, harder to strafe tanks, better SPAA, and better CAP.

real life accuracy is the selling point of war thunder and something that made players from other games came here. If you do not understand that - you would feel better in WoT/world of waplanes etc
