But, but my argument dictates all who dislike CAS and require a tank-only mode or wish for CAS BRs/capabilities to be reviewed must suck at using planes!
It always baffle me that people will defend the most overpowered mechanics
“It costs more SP to spawn therefore it should dominate.”
Then death star it is then
I wonder why nuke is not invincible and still can be destroyed before being dropped
IG that’s good.
May I ask what?
Pulkzerstörer, Me262 A1U4
Oh that 5cm Me 262? Ja, that is kinda better since it can run well. IMO, Yak can be somewhere around 5-6.0, but God not 4.0.
I know right. Then make my goddamned Do 335 have 200mm of armor since it costs over 800 SP with bombs + full AP belts for both 15 and 30mm guns!
Lol, lmao.
You sure know a lot about gamemodes you have literally zero battles in. Throwing around the idea of a massive economy change with no consideration to the effects it will have outside of your sweaty gamer zone despite having no experience outside there. Call me back when you get the purplest of purple numbers and I’ll still tell you that you can’t be in two places at once, but a squad can.
6.0 is a little much, 5.7 seems fair because Russia has a great lineup there. tbh there isn’t a single BR in the game where it won’t just clear out entire teams, you can get 5+ kills with this thing at top tier.

I am really unsure that Yak-9K need to be placed higher than 109 K-4 or Spitfire LF Mk.IX, all because of the silly APHE belt. from current 4.0BR.
I am double sure that a skilled Bf109 K-4 or Tempest Mk.V player can eat a 3-squad of Yak-9K alive in 1v3.
Maybe it can have higher BR in ‘Ground realisitic’ than current 4.3

Apparently the 9k, which was never previously mentioned as a “problem plane” with a broken fm gained a crazy fm with the aphe belt and is now competitive against every single prop.
Not really.
APHE belt converted it into a great anti-ground plane that compared to other nations planes that play that role is able to fight the air better than said other nations units
In the end, everything would be settled with tank only game mode, so i could still enjoy my Jak9K, as well as i could enjoy playing pure tanks without any planes.
Ja, I changed the title rn.
I meant that the YaK-9K would be around 5.0-6.0 for GRB!!!
In ARB and AAB it’ll be completely different I KNOW.
That shell does exist, however they used Ground Frag Fomula which is 800% more destructive only on this one xD
It’s fine in air modes where it is.
In ground it is not.
It’s too good as a fighter to justify its ability to one/double-tap tanks with APHE.
APHE + capability to genuinely compete with bf109s: Not at all comparable to Duck and Stuka.
You could compare it against the 4B, which is 5.7.
Yak-9K is not 5.7 material.
But with its APHE it is more capable than any other 4.3 pure air superiority or ground-support plane.
It has multi-role capability.
- 4B is also multi-role. it’s 5.7
- P-47s are multi-role and same/less BR. They’re horrible fighters at low altitude and when slow.
- Yak-9K thrives at low-speed near-stall conditions.
- F4U-4 is multi-role, and while it’s my favourite plane IRL and love flying it when the lobbies don’t suck (ju-288 needs to be shoved up to 6.3 or 6.7)… I hate seeing it in GRB in my KV-1 Zis-5 and could probably go up to 5.3 like it is in SB to compensate for its multirole capability. Like the Yak-9k, it also thrives on roll rate and has amazing near-stall control so not having altitude isn’t that big of a deal. Does need altitude, but 1 km is sufficient diving room.
- D5 mustang is technically multi-role at 4.0, but like P-47 it’s neutered by not having diving room (with diving room it can kill Bf109K4s who think diving away and scissors are win conditions).
- F6F-5 Hellcat is a pretty good multi-role plane and just 1km alt is enough for it to do its magic. I don’t really see it in GRB due to its low BR so i cannot judge.
just remove all russian vehicles form the game
