YaK-9K: Remove it's APHE belt or move it up to 5.7 in GRB

Yeah. IMO repair costs are already a wee bit to exspensive, it’s punishing enough, esp. w/ your mates doing TK.

I’m talking top tier

Oh, yeah, which is 11-14.0, not 9.0, which is mid-tier.

Thank you for admitting defeat by calling me a noob. Very gratifying to see people who can’t argue give up and start insulting me as it is an instant argument win for me.

I know right. It’s hilarious when Russian and Chinese (no racism intended) players (and some US and EU) start cursing in chat when I shoot them down/kill them.

Thank you for admiting you were wrong with your claims

? I meant that YaK 9 should go up and that top-tier has nothing to do with this? How?

Most yak’s should be nerfed, flight performance is fkin bonkers still as they were in the early days.

Ya, I mean YaK-1 (not really OP) is a really good low-tier fighter since most newbies can just turnfight and still win. (also reason why German mains are bad [they don’t know how to BnZ, etc]). YaK-4 is a bomber, but also one of the best at that tier. YaK-7 is also great, and the YaK-3 is OP and the YaK-9 is all F-ed up.

Sure, Yak 1 is ok, Yak 4 is bomber, but more specifically Yak-3’s and Yak 9’s, Try Ermin’s Yak 3 - that fker can fight jets, absolutely nutty performance.

Yaks and La-5/7s also don’t fuze HE rounds on some parts of their structure.

You state something absolutely wrong through your inexperience. I have no issues with bad players except when they attempt to explain what happens when you are good.

The yak9k was no issue when it had no aphe. Suddenly when it got the new belt it also somehow gained the flight model of a ufo according to copers.

The problem is combination of APHE WITH good fighter capabilities.

Duck sucks as a fighter.

Stukas suck as a fighter.

TIS MA suck as a fighter.

Yak-9k? It’s quite fun to use as a fighter.
It should lose the APHE, or go up in BR for GRB so that it’s no longer a good fighter.

They will defend it and no matter what You say about it, they won’t admit it is unbalanced

Even Defyn’s videos showing its A2A potential are denied.

I’ve been having fun flying it as a dogfight plane in SB.

Insulting the other side is losing the argument, full stop.

Plus, you’re a reroll who exclusively plays GRB when I am referring to the entire game, including all modes. A coordinated squad will have consistently higher influence in air battles, naval battles and ground battles.

One player, no matter how purple their numbers are; cannot attack an enemy from two sides at once, cannot provide concentrated fire from two vehicles at once, cannot assist a squadmate with precise info on enemy vehicles for them to exploit (range, what is broken and what isn’t, etc).

Im talking purely about their fighting ability, the 9K’s new belts dont really matter in an air battle, if he hits you you’re F’ed anyway.
Since WT started, the Yaks in general have been utterly op and it is VERY tiring.

The Yak 9k is the crappest Yak9 so I am not referring specifically to that one yet it does still have the characteristics of the others.

In air battles, I disagree.

Yak 9 and Yak 3 feel awful at 550-610 km/h IAS. They barely roll and the controls feel stiff. Fighting americans (especially p-51-c10, f4u-1, f4u-4, p51d30) with diving room feels very annoying and frustrating. These planes can easily sit at your lock-up speed and they not even don’t feel stiffening - they control better at such speeds!

They have a counter. It just so happens their amazing near-stall control with flaps and amazing low-medium speed roll rate works really well at prolonged dogfights.
