Il be dammed if i dont report each and every type of round for all german guns as soon as custom belts are in the game. Including non self destruct rounds.
One day…
sadly the vote to make aphe more realistic was voted against ironically because the 3 most popular nations use it the most
i feel alot of yaks are rather op for BR at 2.3 there crazy same for higher br only eqaul planes to it are higher for some reason
It was unanimously positive for the first few hours. I’m still convinced botting was used to skew the vote towards “no.”
or vice versa
I doubt people would have gotten up a bot for a poll that Gajin hasn’t used before that fast.
That vote was completely stupid anyway.
Where’s the vote to make any other shell type deal completely unrealistic damage?
People protested that some vehicles had stock APCR or that APCR was completely unusable in general, and what was Gaijins reaction?
„We buffed the damage of 90mm and larger APCR shells“
Why the hell not all APCR shells?
And the best part is that they buffed APHE even more by keeping the nose section intact after it explodes.
Where’s the „APHE shell shattered“, and failed to fuze because the cavity broke apart during penetration?
Like in those countless APHE penetration simulations on YouTube.
Something something APHE main copium about “no change is better than small change because anything gaijin changes will go bad”.
That’s literally their main argument against any APHE changes. Nothing about balance or realism, just fearmongering that their favorite easymode ammo will be made unusable from a tiny change.
I have been working on the French Tree at 5.0 tonight.
Every. Single. Game. has had MULTIPLE Yak-9Ks that all got at least 2 kills, but mostly around 4 or 5. No other vehicle, even those considered massively overpowered by some, are both played this much and perform so well consistently.
I would be 100% if the yak-9k occupied a similar space to the Hs-129. The duck struggles from a terrible airframe and awful speed and energy retention, and is relatively easy to damage with roof mounted machine guns, but a pilot who is a good shot can take advantage of the powerful cannon. The Yak-9K should have a similar limitation in practice such as the recoil you mentioned. The plane is smaller and flys well compared to the duck, but the recoil on the cannon means hitting accurate shots in succession is difficult, again rewarding a skilled pilot. Right now, the yak-9k is a point and click adventure and doesnt have any disadvantages like all of the other medium to large caliber gun weilding planes.
