from what the others wrote here seems like it seems to be way overperforming as a result of no dev testing and to be ready for heavy nerfs
Yeah RN I think it’s a bit overprefroming but I can’t be sure. It is the improved variant that made it lighter and stronger in the airframe, and tbh the wings kinda reminded me more of a Su-27. The Pythons feel nice tho, and the PL-5C’s are great for people not paying attention
Are the 5C’s all aspect? Or are they just more resistant 5B’s? Im unfamiliar with the 5C which is why im asking lol

They’re only non IRCCM, 2.5km front aspect missiles.

Weeeell I wouldn’t call it good really. The missile goes off the rail FAST. Meaning that by the time u launch in front aspect it’ll have very little time to adjust course. So ehh.
@Smin1080p while alot of us are happy too have the JH-7A in-game(it looks beautiful btw) we are also curious if they devs have any plans/considerations too add more weapons and capabilities too the JH-7A over time?
One of the main reasons I ask is because both irl and currently in game, the JH-7A is one of the most modern and significant strike planes for China, and I doubt we’re going too be getting a better, more capable CAS platform for China anytime soon. So since we’re going too be stuck with it for a bit, it means that Chinas CAS at top tier are also directly tied too the capabilities of this aircraft, and therefore many of us here are hopefully that the devs really are considering adding more ordnance to the JH-7 as tok increase it’s lethality.

The JH7 FM is a really big issue, only SL1330…, even worse than mig21mf, but the mobilty is even better than MIG23ML or F14

pretty disappointed by the pl5cs which are generally worse than the pl5b with that atrocious r60 seeker. ITs annoying because they could easily have given it a pl5e with r73ish seeker but no

Yes. It has all the A2A and A2G weapons and capabilities to be at that level, they just didn’t give it what it should have. If they want one at a low BR, it should have just been the basic JH7

in that case you are aware that the flight model propably is wrong currently and will be nerfed quite a bit, it would compete directly with f16Cs and mig 29s, sure right now it will either way, but once we have a high enough br it gets in a better light as well

I want them to give vehicles their full potential and let the BRs fall where that shakes out. It’s a strike aircraft, it’s ability to compete with an F-16 or MiG-29 is irrelevant. However, with its ARHs it will be more than capable of holding its own against anything.

yeah not happening, there is so many vehicles that miss missles, ordenance, shells etc for balancing sake
While I don’t want it too go up any more than it needs too, I would be cool with it going up too 11.7 if in return it received Kh-29’s.
