As far as I know, this is a bomb used to deal with airport runways, and there are similar items in NATO and Russia’s arsenal, but they are not very useful in the game

No, it was asserted that these are PL-12 first;
The images are showing the enhanced air to ground ordnance available to the JH-7. It is from an exposition of the aircraft in 2014 and pictures were taken by “Военный дневник Игоря Коротченко”. The only air to air ordnance that was shown off at the time were mounted on the wingtips and were just PL-5’s.
Other people that were there at the exposition such as David Bignelli state that the missile was the LD-10 whereas the Russian photographer gave no information on the ordnance and just posted the photos.
Further, it was discussed that they were showing off the various anti-radiation missiles that were competing with each other at the time such as the CM-102, LD-10, and YJ-91. These had a larger emphasis at Zhuhai 2014.
I wasted my time doing any research towards this because it is a simple matter. The missile was shown alongside other anti-radiation missiles inside and it was shown with the other air to ground ordnance options for the plane in the photo. It was common sense that this was not the PL-12 but rather the LD-10.

Does the jh-7a get a hms? I saw on wikipedia that they tested it but unsure if its accurate or not
I saw some pictures of them testing it like a year ago but last time I tried to find them I couldn’t.

I mean, if Su-35’s come, the Chinese one should have the same weapons due to the “balancing” thing. They still have ground attack capability and I cannot find anything stating that something got removed
Would be much, much more effective than the JH-7A ingame rn, but at the same time will prolly take some time to be added due to it being advanced

Yeah, I wouldn’t expect it to come until at least december with its equivalents, f-15ex and j-16. It’s a shame most of the j-16/jh-7a weapons are too powerful for the game, su-35 will probably be best plane for china.

RN I take JF-17 as striker CAS, much better at dealing with CAP and K-band RWR.
This is likely what will happen. As with Swiss hornets.
