The November Sales is coming soon, will XBOX players get sale this year? Haven’t seen any discounts for at least half year.

Unfortunately you are incorrect. Everyone doesn’t get it. Same thing happened last year, no sales on premium vehicles in the store during the Anniversary or the Christmas sales.
Sometimes they do packs at the end of the sale.Which can be annoying if you already spent your cash.
