When in the hangar, the loading content logo is constantly phasing in and out around 10x a second . Never completing its loading. Therefore not allowing the player to see any new decals added to aircraft. First noticed it with the Ar 324 B-2, have since tried it with other aircraft and can NOT get new decals to place on any airframe.
