I had 15 minutes to go before the timer for Stage 7 ended… I needed ~2500 points to finish. Smashed it out in an Air RB match that ended 3 minutes before the end time with 3,000 points at the end, and it only credited 200 points to my total!!!
So now I’ve failed stage 7. What the actual hell!!!

Ah, yes, of course, I shouldn’t have aimed to finish it within the allotted time frame, I should have quit my job flying airliners and finished the event at an arbitrary time before the allotted time expired; how much time do you recommend, oh wise and knowledgeable player? Should I have completed it 30 minutes before the end? 2 hours? a day? At what time before the end of an event stage do the points diminish to the extent that the event is unable to be completed? Please, do enlighten us all with your outstanding wisdom and intellect.

Looking at your replay - looks like your game started 20 minutes after the cut-off??
Time is GMT I presume, started at 11.50am, cut-off is 11.30am (or 22.30 here in NZ)
The original announcement post says the stages reset at 11:00 GMT, but actually they reset at 11.30am.
Now I’m not going to die in a ditch and say this is definitely the case - 'cos I’m pretty bad at translating times sometimes, but check it out.
If this is the case did you get the points awarded for stage 8? And at least you can get stage 7 for the discounted price?

My game says the stage ended 23.30.01 NZ time - I wonder why your time shows an extra 3 minutes (or mine lacks 3 minutes??)

Easy, if a match lasts up to 30 mins and you have not much more than 30 mins left of an Event you must accept there is a chance you will fail.
No rocket science needed.
And that was a Gaijin “tough luck”, not mine; had similar happen a few times but accepted my own failing in trying to squeeze in the required matches/score.
It’s always been 2330 here too. At least as far as I recall.
lol imagine in this day and age not using NTP… You really should make your time sync.
the time showed at the top of the summary is the time that you exited the match, not necessarily when the match ended if you died in it and exited out. the actual end time can be seen in the name of the replay file created.
