yes, it’s an unrealistic bad change
It’s not so much ‘russian bias’ as it is a dying sense of nostalgia from the russian dev team to keep the ussr tech tree relevant in the age of complete NATO dominance, in a way I would feel bad for them since, if I was a game developer and was forced to model my nation’s tech into a game in a way i don’t agree with, I wouldn’t have a whole lot of passion for the job.
But that is starting to fade as there are more nerfs to russian tech in the game, bringing it roughly to the standard it should be at (in order to remain viable)

even more if looking at the history of war thunder(stuff like the max slope modifier on non Russian MBTs we had for a long time but got removed slowly but surely )

Most of the radars we [American RWRs] don’t identify because few people are flying the F-1C to begin with, and a single chaff drops its missile.
Whether it’s correct or not to remove antiquated radars from American RWRs I don’t know, nor do others at this time.
Apparently Sweden’s RWR is likely accurate.
Pantsir already can’t frag CAS, it’s fine to stay at its BR. This change does nothing for ground battles.
Correct. There is no Russian bias, and it’s so obvious there’s no Russian bias.
NATO has not been nerfed once for Soviets.
How is it Russian bias that F-16 can identify Mig-23 and Mig-29?

what do you mean this doesnt effect ground battles, if this goes through you will just randomly die out of nowhere with the only warning being a “?” on rwr, which is pretty common already, as it is now the only reason pantsir doesnt kill everything in the air is because people know to be very careful when they see on on rwr
ground spaa could indeed need a buff but this seams still terrible
yeah but its non russian spaa that really needed a buff and this mostly buffs the russian ones through pantsir not being identified and 2s6 being marked AAA instead of SAM like everything else with long range missiles

This change is ahistoric. What they had previously was as true to life as we can get. Frankly, I hope people review bomb this shit. It is not okay to make this change claiming “realism” when it flies in the face of all available documentation and would need actual classified sources to fix.
