± 109.5% is generally possible to sustain at low altitudes, unless it’s a hot day. With enough sensitivity we can do smaller than 0.5% throttle increments.
The 29KR is kinda slow due to the draggy wings you won’t outrun another Mig-29 even at 110%, in a dogfight you can like you said, just step on it at 110% and ease off afterwards.
Although the thrust difference changes quite a bit when you go from 109% to the actual max at 110%, but still enough to out rate most things, I think only the F-2A can match the 29KR, altrough the F-2A has a bit more favourable bleed rates.

PL-12 being bad is the main reason China is bad at top tier, insinuating they’re not because 2 other rarely used missiles have the same issue is retarded.
Only case of bias is the Z10ME, i love that thing, TY-90s are a death sentence to anyone that dares to approach, CM-502s are decent, apart from being slow, Blue Arrow 11 is good, pretty fast and 1400mm of pen goes a long way, only is cannon is pretty lackluster but you hardly ever need to use it.
But China isn’t bad at top tier, they have competitive 13.3 and 13.7, and 14.0 jets. The J-10C would also be decent if it had more countermeasures.
Only the F-16V and the J-15T are sad jets, the rest are fine. I play China often, and I still do fine despite the PL-12’s occasional issues.
I still prefer PL-12s over AIM-120 most of the time, at least they can manage off-bore shots

for me the only bias china has is TY-90, J-10 FM being overpowered and ignoring the delta wing weakness and their tanks autoloader eating shells (but its not even close to russian tanks).

Not really? Its just a typical light fighter. Good ergonomics and decent turn rate at most speeds. Not particularly as fast as heavier fighters (J-11B) or as good at post-mach maneuvers (like say, F-15s)
As part of the duel community we use to say that J-10A is “just press “S” and win”. its one of the strongest duel planes and only a few can win against it.

Ain’t the Euro/F-2A S hold kings? J-10A hasn’t been near them for the longest time. Top 3 S holds are Euro, F-2A and Gripen (A/C). J-10s more like down near F-16s tier.

Yes, but euro has two engines with insane thrust and F2 isnt an delta wing and has a huge wing area. j10 should not have the capability of turns that it has with such engine and being a delta wing.
It’s a canard delta wing. You forgot both Euro and Rafales have the same configuration. The canards aren’t just for show.
If you want a true top tier delta wing with bad retention, look at the m2ks.
Yes and i agree with that. What i mean is that J10 is beyoud its cababilities and the examples you gave have two engines. For example, gripen has the same configuration and even tho the gripen can win, its not as easy as the j10. You need way more energy retention and positioning, while the other you just have an insane nose authority.
