Why don’t we take a gander at some great Physics and fixes to make the game look even better

Stop No.1:

  • Tree physics fix

As we all know, trees have this crazy underground system called roots; these hold the tree deeply into place, but with enough force something can push one over. Remember the word over!

Trees do not have a magical barrier at the top of them causing them to fall back onto the vehicle!

Stop No.2

  • Missile ballistics

Everyone complains about the missile ballistic drop changes. I don’t generally hate it; but it is more than excessive drop, as we’ve debunked they either have no drop, or very little to a foot/30cm drop. This would be a massive fix, and make tons of people happy.

Stop No.3

  • Track tension & Rolling physics

Everyone knows that tanks have tracks, and tracks need the proper tension to properly work. With the addition of tensioned tracks, when rolling over rocks or terrain, different sprocket placement types (front or back) will increase tension depending on the type of terrain.

The other part of this is rolling physics; when a track is hit, it doesn’t simply bring the tank to a screeching halt, the track rolls off from the point it sheared and the road wheels continue to roll the tank.
