Don’t we already have it in the form of the PSO? I’d much rather have them fix the PSO first instead of adding another broken tank with underperforming armor.
No, we haven’t it. Because it just more like strv 122 with l55 and 1650 h. p. engine. Developers don’t need to do work just copy strv 122 make it l55 and do some changes on engine ( another number of h. p.). Done. Much work - i don’t think so.

Yes, but i suppose it will be at least in 2025 (prototype) and so on. Leo 2 r-c 3.0 is a step to it
