In Germany, you can add a bunch more ships to the branch from reserves to 7.0+
I agree but first look at the quality, as someone who has played both trees. The UK cruisers could easily be 3 foldersm for instance the southhampton class is the same as belfast and liverpool, the york is the same as London, kent and norfolk.
I wouldn’t put the variety of British cruisers as a win because they are Treaty cruisers and fundamentally handicapped compared to real heavy cruisers. British cruisers are 10k tonnes, german ones are 14-15K tonnes.
I truly cannot stress how bad British cruisers are and they should be foldered into 3 lines. Pretty much everything in the British tree is one-upped by something German at the same BR.
Then look at the battleships and the British don’t have any 7.0’s and germany has 2, Scharnhorst is still the best ship in the game and could solo the entire british 6.7-7.0 at the same time.
My point is that Germany has its own options without taking ships it got simply from conquering territories.
For instance things the like Seydlitz could come and be a counter to HMS invincible.
Germany really does not need captured ships and had absolutely no gaps that can’t be filled by German ships.
This would be interesting to see but the design was done by an unofficial office in the OKM.
46 this is an alternative story and fiction, although there may have been plans. And 45 could appear in the game, all the characteristics for it are there. There are guns, there are shells for them. And the rest is not so difficult.

H-41 and above were unofficial designs and never commissioned by the German govt they were simply design studies done by a separate office to those who commissioned H-39 and H-40.
Gaijin may choose to include them, but they are infinitely less legitimate than H-39 and even H-40.
That would be like them adding Jackie Fishers HMS Incomparable design study or the UK 1938 Heavy cruisers designed with 9.2-inch guns to hunt the Admiral-Hipper class ships.
The guns do have commonality with other weapons used but they were not built for the class, they simply existed as an alternate option.

Imo Germany should be structured differently. It should have a GDR Line and a Prototype/Export Line. No Sub nations needed . Concerning the gap to the eurofighter one might add a prototype but i think we german mains need to be patient. I mean look at the british, who only had a tornado as top vehicle for one entire year, while we had the arguably best mig 29. I think germany can only recieve an advanced tornado and f4f ice but thats ok. But therefore our ground tree and helicopter tree should be overhauled (Prototype/Export Line and dedicated GDR Line) and more helis. Anything else would be unfair towards other nations.

so perhaps leo 2e, leo 2hel, leo 2a4mcan etc might be an option. additionally a br reevalutation might be needed. for instance leo 2a5 on 11.3, where as leo 2a7v on 11.7 or leo 2a5 on 11.7 and leo2a7 on 12.0.
