I don’t feel oppressed, stop putting words into my mouth. But I want anybody to have a right to legally marry and adopt children, no matter their preferences if they’re law abiding people, and that includes everybody, no matter their personal preferences or their looks.

I think since these are not relevant (at least when they were made) to current political topics the developers would not have considered them political and mean them simply as decoration on WW2 soviet vehicles.

That’s more historical than political. These are real decals so they deserve to be in game. The Swastika also was a real decal but it’s quite an exception so i get why it’s not in game, even though one german plane has somethinh resembling.
Of course “for Stalin” is political, war itself is political. But it’s also history and that’s what this game is all about : historically accurate vehicles and decals.
You wouldn’t see a “for Putin” decal, because that’s way more political than historical. On the other hand, you can’t say that soviet decals are linked to the actual context in Russia because it’s veeeeeery different
