Can I use Reshade without worrying about flagging the Anticheat?

For Easy Anticheat**, only certain versions of ReShade are whitelisted. I don’t know exactly what ReShade does but modifying the game’s files is generally against Gaijin ToS and may be flagged.
**Forgot this game uses BattlEye, BattlEye automatically detects and bans ReShade as far as I’m aware.
