This was a pre order bonus, and from old post will not be offered. You can get it through War thunder live if your are using a PC. They have lots of skins for all the vehicles in the game and its all free. Just know that the war thunder live skins will only show to you and everyone else will see the default skin.
to note on something else it wasn’t just a skin used in top gun movie it was used at the real top gun school

Man it really sucks that such a famous and iconic skin is off limits for those who took a break from the game. Thanks for the info though.
