Tldr: people spam arh missiles in top tier. He doesnt like that and wants those missiles removed from regular mm and put into a seperate game mode.

Is he aware that top tier is like, 15 jets tops and that there’s a whole 5 Ranks for him to play without arh missiles?
Some people spent 13 years flying props why can’t he just do that in silence.

The most usual arguments:
- old jets dont have TTW above 1.0
- old jets arent as manueverable
- cannons require more skill
- no one likes radar missiles
- top tier would be oBjEcTiVeLy more fun if it was gun only
Like no one is stopping them from playing gun only custom lobbies.
But modern jets were designed with ARHs in mind and to deny that is like saying top tier MBTs should play with HEAT-FS only

Usually people who moan about radar missiles are too stupid or lazy to figure out how they work, weird how I hadn’t played in years and managed to figure out notching and how these missiles work in like 30 minutes when I tried top tier while staying at a buddy’s place because I paid attention and watched a replay to see how seekers behave.
Seriously through the years reading reddit made me believe that notching was so hard and unforgiving and then i try the F16D and literally all it takes is turning according to your RWR and spamming chaff, done.
Theres more to it like angle gating and iog, but in esence yeah.
Unfortunately I’m the big dumb and also too lazy to learn about it.

14.0 - 14.3 is the stupidest arh missile spam br, planes have from 8 to 12 missiles, added air spawn, and the whole gameplay is like: climb at 12k, fire all the missiles and
turn around and go back to reload. And then when there are 3-4 planes left, then the fun begins.
