Why was my match cancelled?

Dude, I’m really angry right now. This game kicked me out of the match and didn’t give me my cash reward. I started a realistic match to do the average daily tasks. I got 5 kills and 2 assists (I think) and the game suddenly crashed and kicked me out. This isn’t the first time. I generally encounter this a few times a month. There’s a replay of the match, but no reward or progress has been given. I want the moderators to fix this and give me my match score. The match replay is here.

No one on the forum will be able to help you with this. And in general i do not think they can add stats to your account but they might be able to give boosters/SL or something like that if you contact support (not certain though).

I was in the same match on the opposite team - had 3 real (=no finishing off) kills and got kicked too. In other words you and your 4 of 5 team mates got saved by the bell 😂

It happened at least 3 times today - same as yesterday and on Saturday & Sunday…

In the recent days (week?) i saw daily 2-3 posts describing the same issue. Imho the forum mods are aware of this.

I would try to contact support - so that u get at least the SL/RP for the 3 clean kills, they might be able to do something for you. I had a few years ago a lot of issues of missing “Mission Maker” (=1st & last kill) and they granted the missing 5.000 SL in all 3 of these cases…(bug report)

Dude, that’s why I broke my mouse. I really needed that score. It must be an i3 processor with servers that are stuck in a potato.
