Arguing is generally a waste of time online, but its mildly entertaining. The main issue is no matter what you tell them they will just get more and more aggressive and once they have nothing left will try to discredit you.
You claimed Gaijin orchestrated this to cause FOMO, which the only way they could’ve is by making sure the 11th is National Foundation Day.

Christmas occurred from December 25th through January 9th.
They announced the removal which we knew they were going to do right after the holidays, literally as quickly as possible.
National Foundation Day is not orchestrated by Gaijin, no matter how much you falsely claim otherwise.
Stop reading into basic order of events, stop undermining holidays of nations.

What is relevant is its insanely coincidental that they finally officially announce the removal of a vehicle right before a Japanese holiday sale. I personally dont know, but assuming Gaijin did research (at all) and still decided to add planes in that never existed then it doesnt appear there were other options.
Why remove the planes for being “unrealistic”, it was unrealistic when the planes were added in the first place?
The planes arent massively over powered, so its not a balance issue.
And Gaijin didnt bother replacing them which they couldve easily done before removing them, thereby eliminating the need for this conversation.
The truth behind all this is that Gaijin doesent give 1 iota of a flying fuck about us players, or even the “balance” of their game, they only care about making money.
If they did care they wouldve replaced the planes before removing them as there was a valid reason for them to be added in the first place.

Pretty much what I’m thinking they may have put thought into adding vehicles to replace the paper vehicles (I’m looking they didn’t lol) There are no 8.0 Japanese planes. We know this company has been pretty money hungry though which is odd that they don’t want to add more interesting paper vehicles.

It has balance issue at past. It was 7.7 bomber so got air spawn. Then Gaijin nerfed it to fighter and then nerfed to 8.0.

Gaijin was far less funded back then, and sub-trees weren’t even a glint in their eyes yet.
The P-1 jet with Mavericks, bombs, and sea mines only got on Gaijin’s radar recently, and that still requires research.
R2Y2s have had their replacement since December 2024, and they’re getting removed in 10 weeks.
“Removing assets means more profit.” is a wrong take.

So we have got those saying they wanted a domestic replacement instead of thai sub but you are saying that there was no replacement???
The true reason is that people complained.
“R2Y2 aren’t real, remove them” was fairly common to hear. Now they added the bare minimum of a subtree, they can finally have an excuse to deal with a complaint that won’t dig into their wallets, and if anything encourage people to research a new nation, which often comes with spending some money too.
Now I wouldn’t go so far as to say they timed it with the sale, but I doubt they’d be unaware. They absolutely knew what they were doing, even if realistically it’s more of a “happy coincidence” to them.

If the planes were “unhistorical”, why even add them in the first place? And now that they have been added, and left on the tech tree for years, when removing them why let players keep them at all since being “unhistorical” is such a major issue.
