Because 10.3/10.7 as a whole hasn’t followed the decompression.

they should do that, im meann i play something on 9.3, and i get uptierd to 10.3. crazy

Decompression makes uptiers more common, not less.
The 4 player limit on top BR is a predictor.

To sell them obviously, the things that dominated them they no longer see the few that remain go to 11.7 next patch so that lineups gonna be golden in a few weeks

Because the premium russian mains at that range suck.

Until people start doing well enough in them, they wont get moved up.

why does new players even buy toptiers prmnium, when you could just buy 8.3 9.0 tanks/ aircraft. Av8a, xm1 gm, t55amd1, there better to play then bbuying top tier

They want to play top tier. The “top tier” premiums allow them to play top tier while grinding the whole tree.

Same reason people buy premiums fighters and base rush. The only goal is to grind and whatever is seen as the most efficient is what they do.

The real question is why the entire brit 10.3 line went up to 10.7 when the 10.3 russian line is still better.

T-72B is garbage.
2S38 is not much better.
T-80UD is fine at 10.3 as long as our current 10.7s are 10.7.

T72B is in the german tech tree at 10.3 under another name
T80UD has been OP for ages same for 2S38

YOu assuming not owning a vehicle makes someone inelegable to rate it is just showing your bias and frankly lack of proper education.
