Op was claiming that 5.0 second reload was standart at top tier while including all tanks , debate wasn’t about which side had better ROF but rather talking about standart.

5s reload is standard for most of them with exceptions being T-series, leopard and type 90/10s
He isn’t wrong though.
Most of those have 5s reload as their maximum achievable reload speed.
Except he is and he even admitted that.
Maximum achievable reload speed isn’t something realistic and you know it pretty well.
Each tank requires either significant amount of time to play or real money to achieve that sustain ROF.
It’s still a maximum achievable reload speed and should be treated as such.
I’d like to pay some SL/GE or invest time in my Chinese tanks to lower their reload from 7s, but that can’t be done and you’re stuck with that reload forever.

Everytime someone says Russia is best nation, he clearly have skill issue or never played with them. T series with no reverse, barely any mobility,mid round, long reload only saved my trolly ERA meanwhile sideplates on NATO MBTs or fuel tanks do the same. I´d play SEP any day over 90M having both spaded. I´d also take 2A7 over BVM. Kh-38s are ok,new Pantsir is bit OP but if you have map with good terrain it dies to popup attack just like old Pantsir. The top nation on top tier is US followed by Sweden and Germany imo.

M1s, Leopards and the likes are way more reliable to pen.
Their LFP is way bigger, due to the turret baskets shooting them as low as possible in the LFP still fully disables them. Bad shots usually spall into the turret basket, disabling the horizontal nearly 100% of the time when penetrating a tank with those.
The turret ring on the Abrams can be penned by 30mm APDS from more than 300m. Nato hump (the one on the Leopards stats at around 4’o clock) makes it impossible to hit behind you when the engine is disabled. Tanks can essentially scrape their barrels across their asses IRL, but Gaijin gives them a lot more room to fuck players over.
Calling the KH38s ok is the understatement of the century. Calling the Pantsir a bit OP when other nations get Crotales with 2 missles on the launcher as their free 13.0 SPAA is the understatement of the milennia.
If you check the player counts, you can clearly see that russia usually has double to five times the combined player count of every other nation. These players are not doing that because they wanna be the underdog.

Ah yes,IRIS-T is definitely Crotale,or SkySabre or Mamba are all Crotales,surely. I have all of those tanks spaded,Abramses,Leos,T-series. I know which one i´d pick,and it would be Abrams cause its the most balanced,great reload speed,great mobility,great round. You just cant be brainded hold W to do well with it. That is the only thing T-series is good for. Hold W and pray your enemy doesnt have braincell and doesnt hit your LFP or driver hatch which both oneshots you.

Sadly, real life seems to differ with your opnion, as once again, russian player counts are way higher than anyone elses, their winrates are higher than anyone elses, their weapons are better than anyone elses.
The only average thing about a russian top tier lineup is their MBTs. Everything else is best in class.

Russia is most played cause the game is most popular in Russia,thats why. The western population is only brainwashed into the “russian bias” thinking so they flock there thinking its OP,when its not.

2A5 is years old. Look at 2A7,there is 62%,PSO 63%,2A6 58% or 66% on SEP V1. Besides if they are so good why is TURMS at 45% WR then. Winrate is meaningless,you can kill 15 people and loose anyway cause noone from your team went and contested cap.
You have too few games in them to count tbf.
If you want less old tanks, your T90M is at 68% winrate; with more games than your “examples”.
Again, reality proves you wrong.
