Well, ill be clear, im just talking about the top tier, in the other br’s i would say the game is balanced. At top tier russia gets the t90m wich is one of the most modern tanks in game paired with the leo2a7, the only problem of the t90 is that u dont have a good reverse but u get low profile, extreme armour, extremely good gun. They also have the best ifv, bmpt, i dont have to say anything mor about this creature it can even kill an abrams from the front at 1km far away with the 30mm (according to WT even a bt5 can xd sure), they get the best track AAA wich is the pantsir the pantsir sm-sv, the best multi sam wich is the buk and also the best truck AAA the pantsir-S1, talking about cas they have the best helis wich are the ka52 and the mi28nm, also the best cas in fighters because of the Kh missiles. This is at a point where war thunder transform into russian thunder in top tier ngl. There are more nations that deserve some love like japan, UK, the US (just talking about they could ad AAA’s and maybe the sep V3,and maybe fix the damage of the mavericks), france and well, almost all the nations but all i see is that the nation getting the op stuff is russia? Lol

Because Gaijin wants it to be. Look at what russia gets at top tier, all of the vehicles get artificial unrealistic pampering to be a ton better than they should be and every bit of non russian equipment that could pose a threat gets some hilarious unrealistic nerfs so it doesnt threaten the glory of the motherland.
As to why Gaijin is doing that, probably because they have some affinity towards russia but mainly because russia is the by far most played and judging from premium playrates also a quite profitable tech tree at top tier. So its very easy for Gaijin to satisfy a good chunk of the playerbase by pampering one tech tree more than all others.
Because Russia is at the moment the only country that have all counterparts of NATO vehicles, at least on paper. But i think China will took it’s place in future, at least for modern era.
XD they should balance the game ngl, anyway, this is a peace talk im not even bothered of russian mains they are just having fun with what gaijin gives them, i also play russia and im having so much fun tbh. The problem is that gaijin doesnt listen to the community xD
Well, tbh every nation in top tier does get fully fictional specs of everything since almost everything is classified, we know that the abrams armour is not like in WT, we saw irl how an Ah-64 can resist missiles but in war thunder it explodes because of a single 20mm shot, the thing is that they could make everything op and not just russia xD

Therefore more pen = more residual pen = better spall.
3BM60 is closer to the lower end of top tier rounds in terms of penetration values.
