Indonesia is a Rafale operator as far as I’m aware. If you want a justification to add it to the Japanese tech tree there you have it.

Stop hiding behind your made up β€œfacts”, we all know in that 2016 ranking UAE was ahead of Qatar and so instead Gaijin should add the UAE Rafale instead.
