Why not give the French Vextra-105 a better APFSDS round and put it to a upper tier?

As we all know, the French players have been longing for a good light tank.The Vextra 105 is using OFL-105F1(361mm) while other light tanks use some better AFPSDS like DTW2-105(491mm) or 3BM60(580mm) AT THE SAME BR right now. Why not just give it OFL-120F2 and buff its firing rate and raise it to a higher BR?After all you are using 9.7 vehicles fighting 10.7 tanks in most situations.

I prefer to replace VBCI (40mm), by ATOM IFV (2S38, but on VBCi chassis) for France.
