Why no rank 9 premium plane

Gaijin, why are there no premium planes at rank 9? Add premium planes at rank 9 so I can have more planes to do flight tests with :)

No, thank you. That would be a nightmare.
Iā€™m upset enough that I have premium team members at 14.3BR. (13.7BR, 13.3BR premiums)
