I played the HSTV-L for like 3 games and it does not struggle at all.
In my time using Jaguar it also performs well.

Well, overall, I do have 200 games in HSTV-L, 50 in Jaguar, 50 in Strf 9040B, 160+ in CV9035s, and I had no problem with autoloaders.

Not really, cause it’s a few independent cases, but since Russia is pretty big tech tree these things accumulates. You can argue Russia got more strong vehicles than other countries, but it’s not like AMRAAMs didn’t rule the air for a fair few versions, and then same with 2A7s and 122B since like a few years to now they have been the best tanks.
Yes and worse ceilings. You can’t say because Russian tanks allow noobs to play better it means they automatically deserving of a higher BR. BMPT is a case you can make, but to be fair to Gaijin this is a first of it’s kind, but still even in the first round of BR change it should’ve gone 11.7.

It isn’t issued nor deployed, Russia never purchased 3UBR11, the best “AT round” is still 3UBR8 APDS which in itself makes up a very insignificant amount of their ordnance, most you will find use 3UBR6 AP.

NATO auto cannons have been dumpstering the magic Russian 30mm tanks in Ukraine, NATO tanks have FAR SUPERIOR fire control and accuracy, gaijin just unrealistically buffs Russian junk in games.

Worse ceilings for 95% of the player base simply don’t matter, the floor does. The average player has a negative K/D. So how easy something is to play massively influences win rates.
And there are blatant cases of Gaijin very much handing out ahistorical nerfs, and buffs as well as fudging numbers.

The problem is, the Russian cannons are a bit too accurate especially for their fire rate. Even worse for the BMPT which doesn’t shake the way it does IRL.
And what they did is, just copy that, rename it, change the model a bit, slap it onto NATO vehicles and call it a day. Oh and halve the reload rate. So 30mms and co on NATO tanks are basically the same gun the BMPT has in terms of accuracy and co, but with lowered fire rate.
Which means stuff like AHEAD suck even more, since you have way higher gun dispersion. Ignoring that the shell underperforms since it’s mean to be an upgrade to proxy used before but instead is more of a downgrade.

Bmp-2m has the same cannon and it shakes to the same degree.
Rusian cannons shouldn’t be able to hit a bus at 100 meters to be realistic.
They’re not “a bit too accurate” - they’re a space lazer compared to themselves irl.
