Still a better CAS jet than say a eurofighter. The F-15E is by far the best 12.7 CAS jet. 13.0 would mean its not the absolute best, but its still more than capable. As for the Pantsir, most of the people who play it are pathetically bad

and so does downtiers, most of the top tier premiums are 11.7
Which is why moving F-15E to 13.0 might genuinely be a buff for it. Letting it escape the Clickbait/AIM catastrophic winrate hellscape lol.
(Actually, thinking about this more, yes, please do move it up to 13.0. F-15I too. I want off the premium hordes wild ride)

Ya playing 13.0 is much better than 12.0, teams actually stick around a lot longer, playing 12.0 its not uncommon for a team to lose half its players in 3 minutes.
12.0 can also see cancer CAS, 11.7 at least cant.
US mains would cry their eyes out saying the F-15E/F-16C are useless. Jokes aside, they should be 13.0 no questions asked. While they aren’t equals to the 13.0’s, they are definitely not 12.7 worthy. The F-16C can stay, but the F-15E/I should go up.

I don’t play top tier US, mostly ISR, but given we’re practically MM locked together, I experience this same thing most games when I check the scoreboard.
I would absolutely love F-15I getting bumped up to 13.0 to let me flee this lmao.
Such a shame too. Actual top tier US players (in the tech tree) tend to be rock solid guys who go deep into their lineups, but man… the wallet tank brigade at 11.7 break my will.
Remove Pantsir from the game and you can transfer F-15E to 13.0. And while Russia has Pantsir and the US does not, then there is a clear imbalance. Just do not talk about how easy it is to play against Pantsir.

For some reason when I play for the USA on 13.0 my win rate is 0. Because it is impossible to play against Su-34 and Su-30, and when I play on 11.7 there are long battles and out of 10 battles 6 wins. This can be easily verified. I can now play for the USA on 12.7 against 13.0 and out of 10 battles there will be about 8 losses.
Another option is to simply take the X-38MT from them.

I am curious, when you play US in 12.0-13.0 matches, do you notice you have non US team mates making up a greater % of the team composition?
I feel like AIM/Clickbaits make up a huge % of the teams in 11.7-12.7 matches, so I’m wondering how populated US actually is in the 12.0-13.0 where those guys aren’t included.

The wave of one resp “Clickbaits” has long passed. By the way, the USSR has T-72TURMS and T-80UE-1, maybe they should also raise the entire 11.7 branch to 13.0? I’m sure they’ll be more comfortable there.
Rafales and eurofighters are 13.0 though.
The pantsir isn’t as good as you think. Something was changed about it, I can’t remember what or when, but its suprisingly easy to kill

true, but the Pantsir still isn’t a reason for the F-15E not to be at 13.0.
15E/15I at 13.0 definitely. As for the 16C, I don’t personally think it should be moved from its current BR of 12.7. Sure it’s a strong aircraft for CAP and decent at CAS, and definitely stronger than maybe something like a Gripen for CAS roles, but its nowhere near the 13.0 CAS standard.
