Someone please explain to me how a match where an entire team is no higher than 9.7 can fight 10.3-10.7. This is absolutely ridiculous.

For anyone thinking I’m Bullshitting, check this replay. 10.3 vehicles fighting a team no higher than 9.7 with an average of 8.7 to 9.3 vehicles. This should NOT happen. Ever.
This is my second time experiencing this in Random Battles.

Actually, that can happen in normal gameplay not just tournaments 10.7 gets downtiered to 9.7 and the 8.7 gets uptiered to 9.7 (max up tier and down tier)

The max BR spread for realistic is 1. So if 10.3 is top, 9.3 is bottom etc.
yes it can and thats not how it works each player can have a max 1 br spread not the whole match, explains how I was seeing a-10’s while I was in an f86 yesterday
Again, it’s not. That would mean in my 9.0 TAM, I could fight the T-90A at 11.0. Which, never happens.

No you haven’t. That is impossible. If you get uptiered from 8.7 to 9.7, that means the 9.7 already got a full downtier to 8.7. ± 1.0 BR, no more
have yall really not read about how BR works it affects a single player not the entire match its called someone getting a full down tier and then another person getting a full up tier.
I think you havent read about how it works. The BR system literally DOES affect the entire match. only a certain number of people per match can be full downtiered to avoid matches of 16 6.7s versus 16 5.7s.
it affects the entire match but each person gets affected differently, but yes you are correct that it gets limited to avoid 16 vs 16 with a 2.0 br difference between teams. usually its only one or two people who get full downstairs however my point still stands that one or two people per team can have a 2 br difference between one or two people on the other team (other players would be within a single br difference in that case)
i don’t usually bring up levels, but you are level 75 with less than 3000 GRB matches and likely do not have the knowledge of people who have played 3-5 times that. That said, I am not saying I or others are better than you, but maybe listen to people who have played 3-5x the amount of matches than you.
I played air for the most part up till maybe the past year or so, currently running out of stuff to research
a 4.7 vehicle can NEVER see a 6.7 vehicle mind you. do you think it is fair in the slightest if a T14 saw a Tiger II H?

I have seen a t14 face a tiger 2 but I’ve only seen that once, as I said the 2.0 br difference is rare

maybe but then again I bring the m41 into 9.0 matches cause historical accuracy 2.7 br difference there
