It won’t have any effect. 60 is the maximum allowed pull which is different from what the missile will actually pull at any given period in it’s flight (probably closer to ~20 - 30gs outside the immediate second following separation from the booster).

Take the Magic 1 for example which, in that same spreadsheet, lists it as capable of pulling 35gs. In reality, due to how little energy is has, it will never actually reach that limit outside of extreme edge cases where the missile reaches it’s maximum possible energy and suddenly has to fully deflect the fins. For reference, the 27ET has the same maximum overload, but is the far more maneuverable of the two since it has so much more energy.

It might turn a one in one-million snap shot into a one in one-billion shot but it shouldn’t have any actual effect on game play. In fact, your snap shots should improve since the same paragraph also brings the minimum range down substantially.

Another “We’ve fixed it” comes and goes, with the stormer being a bug infested mess.

Are you surprised? This is supposedly a bug that affects all missiles, but I’ve yet to experience it with anything except the StarStreak.

GJN made the missile shit before, now they’ve made it genuinely worthless and it’s likely it won’t ever be fixed. Just like how they broke HESH/APDS and never bothered to revisit them properly.

I’m not surprised, I just refuse to give up hope and so am dissapointed.

It truely boggles the mind that instead of you know, actually fixing an important vehicle they’d rather spend their time fidding with a2a missiles.

Look at some of the crap they spent their time on for the latest release :

Mi-8TB (Germany), Mi-8TV (USSR) — the camera position in the cockpit has been adjusted. - big goddam whoop

AIM-9L — the delay between launch and start of guided flight has been reduced from 0.5 to 0.4s. (Report) - So, so worthwhile

T114 — the inability to reverse while floating on water has been fixed. (Report) - I mean, seriously? For the what, 10 people that own it and rarely take it on the water then I’m sure it’s a big deal, not like cripping a nations spaa for months.

I could go on, but it’s just ridiculous.

Just to add, some of these reports are 10 days old, which means they got into the queue, prioritised, worked on, tested (lmao, sure) and resolved in 10 days. Meanwhile we’re up to what, 5 months with a totally broken and useless spaa vehicle in a br where it’s critical spaa works and is effective.

If you mean starstreak. Then to the Missile bug we add high missile speed, that causes the game to not register. So yea, it is too fast for the game to handle.
