My problem is that I am fighting them with R-23s because I don’t have the MLD (tfw MiG-23MF) :(

I’ve said it before on other threads but I really wish they could reasonably give the Mirage F1s something like the AIM-9P-4 to fulfill the all-aspect need without IRCCM.
Sorry, sadly have no access to a PC atm which can run with VR goggles, and I do not fly anymore without. Maybe in a month or two when I get my new machine…

R23s is crazy. I mean I got both Mig 23MF and Mig 23M and the r23R worked pretty well. I was wondering why but I guess it was because of the sucide bomber F4S. But I think sim need also a rework for that. Suciding into airfield and getting the mission done for it is just not cool. I’ll probably get a lot of hate for it, because the sucide bomber can’t sucide into airfield and the sucide bomber intercepter can’t intercept sucide bombers XD
Using it against fighters (who are fighting back) really makes you notice its shortcomings lol
But yeah for hunting bombers its pretty good
