Why is the M1 Abrams and the M1 KVT at 10.3?

Just add:

to M1, lower M774 to Tier 1 Modification and remove M735, Done.
It will still have the lowest penetration off all 10.3 MBT’s but this will remove the god awful M735.

And in my opinion 120S doesn’t need M829A1, M829 @ 491 point blank is more then enough firepower for a 10.0.
598 point blank is a little overkill if you ask me.

reducing those to 9.7 would destroy that br completely and they would be close to impossible to defeat due to their armor.

The first M1 Abrams rotor material is incorrect, the rotor is fabricated from a slab instead of CHA. If implemented, the gun mantlet gets a small buff ~10mm.
