if it were at least 9.7 because the Sabra is a tank that the Leopard 2AV can easily take on 1v1, however against Russian tanks that have much better armor, the Leopard 2AV struggles because it has crappy ammunition that only does damage when our mommy Gaijin wants it to

Moving stuff down to avoid something specific never works, Its better to move the thing its “struggling” with up.
For example, you look at 2AV vs BMPT as a reason for it needing to move down, but have you looked at 8.7/9.0s vs 2AV? and why not move the BMPT up to 11.7?

the correct would be for it to be 10.0 or 9.7, or if Gaijin is very generous, remove those modules that NO player asked to be added to the game and leave it at 10.3 without the modules
I agree that Gaijin should fix the BMPT and raise it from BR, and completely fix its totally bugged model
But against the other things it goes up against, it doesn’t make sense for it to have these nerfs (I’m referring to the tank’s internal modules that only get in the way). Honestly, Gaijin should remove these internal modules and fix the ammunition damage.

It has a better round than the 10.7 abrams while having similar speed/armor.
