Why is the gun dispersion on the Pr. 56 so bad?

Normally I don’t have a problem with gun dispersion but in the case of the Spokoinyy’s 130mm guns this problem is simply atrocious.

I cannot hit for shit at long ranges despite the LRF helping, and even in close ranges it’s quite a problem. Before anyone says “skill issue” I know most things about naval gameplay, and a fair amount of experience in it.

And to amend this, is there any Soviet anecdote or report detailing the 130mm’s gun dispersion?

Balancing I assume. The 130mm has good damage and ships they are mounted on tend to have fast FCS.

it’s not about dispersion it’s about amount of shells you firing, you just used to that 4,7-5.3 ship got twice+ more guns with bigger rate of fire.
