Why is the 76 jumbo at 6.3 br

Is perfectly fine in 6.3 and suffer in full uptier like almost every tank in this game. The solution is bring back the old 0.7 BR spread not moving down a single tank. Jumbo 76 was moved from 6.0 to 6.3 becuase was extremly OP. I remember do in 5 battles, 46 kills and only 1 death.

Nope, im borring of playing in 6.7 and 7.0 and do his job perfeclty fine and much better than any other 6.3. USA dominated 5.7 to 7.7 since one year ago and the last thing they need a lower BRs.

No, it is not good when facing tanks even 0.3 higher, so it should go down.

I can’t think of anything the 76 Sherman does any better than the Panther F or G. It really should be 6 BR facing 7 max and not in a 7.3 game. The Cobra King was useful at 5.7 and useless at 6 .Moving all the 5.7 BR stuff to 6 was pointless anyway and did nothing for the game.

Sadly for bad players and stupid USA fanboys, stats rules so time to cry or adapt.

Is performing better than any other 6.3 so is fine. Case closed.

I certainly rather play the 76mm Jumbo at 6.3 than the 75mm Jumbo at 5.7.

It’s so much easier to take tanks down with side shots from the 76mm that has 50% more pen at just 0.7 BR higher.

Even when you encounter a lot of tanks that can penetrate its armor.

Take your filter off genius - I have > 60 battles with Jumbo 76. The poster did not specify realistic battles.

Or are you one of those “experts” that likes to filter out data that does not support your narrative?

OK I missed that part. so yes zero battles in realistic.

Over 60 in arcade and it is not good. It gets penned by way too many opponents, even at its 6.3 BR.

If you think Jumbo 76 is bad in arcade go to the proper section. RB is another different history. Arcade players complaning in RB section and viceversa only bring confusion.

Just like a example. Maus can be penned by many oppenets even can be one shoted by 6.0 m109 and that dosnt means Maus need move down.

Any jumbo need to switch shells and shoot weakspots or literal pixels even against same-br enemies. You cant play jumbo without doing it.
But apparently doing the same thing against jumbo is too much for skillless playerbase

Idk i think its both overtiered and not. I dont have the most matches in it but ive never played it at 6.3, only 6.7 since i just keep it as my medium brawl type tank. Though its rarely my first choice of pull. In some maps its a monster with its mobility and reload with occasional trolly armor but uptiers are brutal. But a lot of 5.x tanks would absolutely be defenseless against it with only the MG port and wheel shot being the only means to stop it.

Stats cause im saving people the trouble of checking my profile.

I would agree.I think the 75 was bang on at 5.7. I can live with the Jumbo at 6.3 although I think many see it as an equivalent to the Panther and facing the Panther is where it should be.I guess for some they want the historical fights. At 6.3 the 76 will fight the panther but I see the 76 as more equivalent to the Panther than equal to the Tiger II .Maybe some would suggest the Panther goes at 6.3 then. Its never ending and you have to ask if it really matters.

I also question how much difference there really is in 0.3 BR , does the figure system between the games mean that much? If the system was done on say tiers so 5.7 and 6.3 were lumped into the same system would anybody really notice?

How many of us have to run a set of vehicles on various BRs due to lack of line up? If your line up of 4.7 suddenly has a vehicle drop to 4.3 or rise to 5 do you remove it from the line up?

Right now the 76 Jumbo is higher than the Panthers but lower than the Tiger IIs.
Which makes perfect sense.

Ah you might have a point there. It also sits somewhere between WW2 and Korea histrionically. All makes sense when you think about it.Yeah you might be right.

Except it doesn’t, since 6.7 is a black hole that sucks up every single BR in it’s close proximity to itself. Jumbo can be viable only in full downtier, as soon as it gets 6.7 or 7.0 it’s dead meat.

Not really, id say in a 6.7 or 7.7 match you need to play to its strengths, you have better mobility than other Heavies which means for close nit maps you can play fairly agressive. Sometimes you just get too many enemies all at once but its just bad luck. For maps where theres a lot of corners and no long range sniping spots I would rather use the Jumbo than anything else on my 6.7 lineup.

Jumbo has a top speed of 35kph. It sure is better than Tiger 2h, but i wouldn’t call it better than other heavies. It’s average at best.

And in a match of 7.0/7.3 regardless of the map i wouldn’t even bother spawning in it since everything you meet will be a 2h at the very least anyway unless you are lucky enough to have germany on your team.

Eh 2H is a tricky one, honestly in a city fight theres two outcomes he pushes me and i take his track and keep him there forever or he has multiple friends and theres nothing i can do. Regardless i track them then scurry off if i can or sometimes I’m lucky and they shoot my transmission and non pen at which point i steal his barrel and eat him.

Yeah that’s why jumbo isn’t very suitable for 6.3 and i would rather see it at 6.0.

Tiger 2h is stupidly popular, you face it in large quantities in basically every match you play with the 76.

Like i said above i think it could be 6.0 but id hate to fight against it in 5.0 tank as he can play very aggressive and i would be at nearly every disadvantage. Fast reload stabilizer, good pen only weakspots being a wheel shot or a machine gun port and thats if hes not bushed up.

I play it at 6.7 and i think its okay, its.not great but okay, and when i have gotten a 5.7 downtier its a seal club fest
