It depends. I like him, I don’t think it’s entirely dependent on luck. He could do better if the maps weren’t so awful.

The maps are not suitable for the vehicles we have.
Leo UFP is inconsistent, tends to ricochet rounds. Turret cheek left side is a joke? The arrowhead is there.
Unless you mean the FCS block, which only disables his STAB/LRF/TVD. He can still fire back completely fine.
Does not happen on M1A1 HC specs.
The only consistent one-shot is the driver port. Others will just disable basket + some crew, maybe engine.
