Why is T129 at 10.0 ? (ground rb)

It has 16 msl which can fly 8km (480m/s or 180m/s)
29.9x HD thermal sight
chaff/flare even IRCM
20mm gun with 500 rounds AIM92

can easily slaughter SPAAs from 9.0 to 10.7

I just dont see the reason

One more thing to mention : this game dont have 11.0 SPAA , so it will never face 11.7 SPAAs

This thing has lower BR than Mi-35M touch me
