So the fix for bombers was to let them burn real easy, and make them nose dive into the ground when they lose control. Like the pilot has to keep pulling the stick for the plane to fly, it doesn’t fly on its own. Who decided on that implementation? Realistic battles are supposed to be realistic and not “lets do this for balance” maybe just roll back to pre invincible bombers. Was Gaijin hiring people who dont know anything about planes to fix planes?
Also again the “realistic mode” is less and less realistic. You cant go in certain areas or you auto die, some of those spots are in the middle of the map. Tanks with ace crews are very close to arcade model of driving and targeting etc. I think the boost should not be so prevalent in realistic battles. We already have arcade battles for casual players lets not bend to their complaints when they join realistic battles.
I had to struggle for years before I got comfortable in realistic battles and now its all for nothing. As a veteran I can tell the game mode has drifted real close to arcade mode. Anyone else think that we need a bigger divide between arcade, realistic and simulator?
Just as an example for those who are new, planes in realistic ground battles leave two white trails behind the wings anytime they turn, this is a thing that didnt exist before and was added so people can see the enemy plane easier. But is it realistic? no.
