Why is NE SPAA and SAMs still so strong when all we've been asking for since the beginning for the mode is wraker SAM sites?

As the title says why is the AA in nuclear escalation still so strong to the point that doing anything other than ASuW from long range or extreme range BVR is pointless? It honestly needs a heavy nerf like it has from day 1, not continuous buffs.
