So someone wanna explain, why the ka52 is so lacking and dog in this game currently?
I die to literally everything, german 7.62 to my tail?
Spins me out despite fucking proof in ukraine of ka52s surviving javelins and iglas, and even flying off without tails. Yet in this game, i get taken out by everything. Iris, claw, samba, everything.
“Just notch or go lower”
Yeah i try and i still get bum fucked, chaff flares, doesnt matter, im behind mountains and still get ass raped, i can be sitting behind a forest and still get taken out. Not to even mention the vikhirs that are so inconsistent you’d think they are spike missiles. How do i non pen a sky sabre, a abrams roof, a leopards roof, a t90m roof. Non stop, to the point i have to send three vikhirs with the hope that one actually does its job.
Wheres this russian bias i always hear about and get to fight but never experience
And also whats up with the bukm3 literally not even picking up anything, it sure as hell will pick up a random object 20 km behind me but not the jet flying at me. Or the heli launching his 12 agms at me.
“I saw a 2 year old YouTube video of sb wiping teams with the Ka50/52, why is it not as good anymore?” ah post
This was your average game back then and it was like that for like 3 years or sth and you are wondering why there are better SPAA and more detailed damage models now?
all helicopters have it rough tbh. They don’t have armor modeled, 1 hole in the superstructure takes out guns and avionics…etc.
At top tier, you need to hug the ground literally and do your best to stay behind hard cover until your final approach, if you don’t have the latest IRCM and f&f missiles. Its hide and seek, with you being the underdog. That’s how the game is.
Your are complaining about the KA-52. If you really want to have a torture session, play the AH-64D. Before when the top ground BR was 12.0 and the LDIRCM FnF slingers were 12.3, it was unplayable because the hellfires are way slower and had way worse damage. The Vikhrs are still one of the best ways to deal with the LDIRCM
