Why is it Xbox bug reports are so unreliable?

I reported an issue with the cursor on Xbox freezing randomly in customs and actual matches days ago, no one has looked at it. When this bug occurs I have to restart the entire game just to play as when it occurs you can’t return to hangar, go to options/settings, change loadouts, or select another vehicle. I have no idea where else to draw attention to this than here as it seems reporting the bug results in no one looking into it. I know this post will probably get closed for whatever reason and I’ll get told to use the bug reporting system again which will result in nothing. I am losing hope.

If a bug report you made has not been handled in a long time (days is not a long time for bug reports) then you can contact the Technical Moderators to ask about it. You can find all the teams and the areas they handle listed here: (Who is who and Reporting Procedure). If you don’t get an answer within a few days you can add more moderators from the list to the original message instead of sending a new message (that way you preserve the date of the message and it doesn’t look like a new request), adding one of the moderators to the message every 2-3 days or so until you get an answer.

Please do not to add the seniors until you have tried all other regular moderators, the Seniors likely won’t answer unless they are added and pinged by the regular moderators but if you’ve added all the regular moderators with no answer then you can add the seniors.

Well until the bug is fixed I can’t really play much as it occurs nearly every battle. Once it happens I am locked out of playing until said battle ends or I restart the game. Oh by the way when it occurs you can’t even rejoin the battle you were in so imagine how annoying it is for me(I also don’t know who to contact tbh and I don’t have the best experience with moderators so I usually avoid contacting them).

Isn’t that list outdated? irrc ralin should also be on that list for ex

As far a i know the list is up to date, Ralin is a RU Moderator on the RU forum so shouldn’t be on the EN list.

5 days on the bug report now, no acknowledgement from anyone who works on bug reports on the Xbox series x reports specifically. Bug reports that are actually not bug reports get closed/acknowledged but the cursor bug that is making me consider quitting the game due to how infuriating it is cannot be acknowledged apparently. Giving it til the 2 week marker, if nothing happens, tbh I would just uninstall at that point because I can’t deal with this getting to such an annoying level(having to restart the game after every match, sometimes mid match if they last a while is ridiculous to fix this).

6 day mark. Just gonna leave the link to the bug report here(if that is fine(I hope it is)) and maybe it’ll get noticed. Can’t really record a video of it since it would just be the cursor not moving lol.

That’s a relatively short time frame for bug reports tbh.

Closing very obviously incorrectly created bugs is a lot faster and easier than validating correctly made ones. All moderator teams are volunteers with real life jobs/families/hobbies/etc, sometimes things get in the way and then it takes extra time to catch up.

As i previously said, you can always just message the Tech Mods and ask. Zero need to spam posts on the forum about it.
