I might not cover all aspects, but the comparison above clearly indicates F-16I should not be the same BR as the Grippen E which is basically a 14.3 jet
However, another BR balance issue would arise if Sufa is lowered to 13.7, since the F-16C Block50 is no way equal to the Sufa.
Athough not everyone would agree, imo the top tier F-16s (and also some old top tier jets) lacks their due competitiveness and struggle to face these newly released beasts which many would play. While they could have been benefitted from new ammunitions or new mechanisms according to various community reports, Gaijjn chose to turn a blind eye to them.
