Why is bitchin betty telling type of new RWR contact suddenly?

Like in this video:

It starts suddenly and then ends at some point and starts again in same or another match.
Mostly happens in F-16AJ

Betty is simply informing you there is air in front of you. You might want to avoid that.

There haven’t usually been anyone in the front of me.
It’s like betty would tell what type the latest contact in RWR is. But then why it only does so until I land and/or respawn?
