Rp gains are stealth nerfed or buffed every now and again mostly nerfed

that was not the problem here, the topic was created because he receive 28 K rp but for the vehicle resarched counted only 26

@pzz97 you have a slight -10% penalty on RP if you research the plane on a lower rank
even if you are in the optimal research bracket.
