I believe the running theory is still that queues would take too long - I cant remember the last time I waited more than 30 seconds for any battle. Anything 9.0+ starts to really suffer, why is the max BR uptier 1.0 and not 0.7 or even 0.3? Im probably not the only one who would mind waiting a minute to not be absolutely railed in uptiers.
