Why has the radar of the new german Typhoon a 180°×180° serch zone?

As you all know Germany, Great Britan and Italy all got a new Eurofighter with the Captor-E Radar. This is an AESA-radar. But for dome reason the radar of the german one has a 180°×180° search zone while the other ones have a 200°×200° search zone although they are using the same radar. Is there a valid reason for this or why is this?

They use Mark II radar Germany uses MK.1

Yeah, the Germans stayed with an earlier model of the CAPTOR-E while all the other nations went for the upgraded one

different radars made by different companys.

Germany is going to use the ECRS Mk1 by hensoldt and Indra

Britain and Italy are going to use the ECRS Mk2 by Leonardo and BAE

Both are continuations of the Mk0 originally made by Leonardo

The ECRS Mk1 has different scan zones, the reason behind this is unknown, but the primary sources exists for it

Thank u guys

Historical use of the MK1 radar compared to the other Euros which use MK2, however while there is a primary source stating it is 90 FOV instead of 100 there’s presentations that dont mention the supposed FOV differences despite obviously being an important detail. On a balance perspective is there a valid reason? No, the german Euro is just worse with no tradeoff, it is the worst Euro now hands down.

This is a much worse situation than the previous GER Euro, the non aesa EF2000 lacked the IRIST however it had AIM9L/Is, having worse radar FOV and not being able to notch while keeping a lock is a much worse situation than no IRIST.
